The main room has a large comfortable sofa. Although the sofa can be converted into a double bed, it remains firm as a sofa, unlike some bed sofas. There is a TV, and DVD player. The bed 140x200cm is seperated from the living area by a curtain.

The bedroom area is with a large wardrobe. The wardrobe contains a full set of towels, quilts and bed linen.

Next to the window is desk with a 12 socket electrical block, and view over a quite courtyard, with occasional resident tram.

The kitchen has a 4 plate cooking hob, microwave, oven, and fridge. Fully stocked with saucpeans, plates, cutlery etc.

The shower is high enough for a tall man.
